I am Tiyana Nguyen. I am a home-based licensed nail technician located in Wichita, KS. I specialize in acrylic extensions. After time frame, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to card on file for same day. 2. No shows will be banned from online booking & will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. 3. You are given a 15 min grace period to arrive. Please contact me if you are running behind. Tardy first 10 mins will apply a $10 late fee. Once 15 mins pass, appointment will be cancelled & charged 25% cancellation fee. (If I am not notified of tardiness, you will be considered a no show). 4. You are able to reuse a deposit to reschedule one time if you are unable to show to first requested appointment. A new deposit is required after 2 weeks time if not rescheduled then. 5. Please wash hands before the start of service. 6. If you are feeling unwell/sick, please message me to reschedule. 7. Due to space limitation, only the serviced client shall be arrive for scheduled appointment. Please keep children home for safety precautions. 8. I am HOME-BASED, my own children will be present throughout the appointment. It will be loud & there will be some small interruptions from time to time. Please be patient. 9. My work is a craft, I will not rush a service. Please schedule accordingly. 10. ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL! 🧧 PAYMENTS 🧧 Once deposit has been placed, the remaining difference of quoted price must be made in cash.

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel your appt within 36 hours of requested time. After the time frame, there will be 25% cancellation fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations. * NO SHOWS: No shows will result to banning of rebooking online & card placed on file will be charged the 25% cancellation fee.
